Reports are generated instantly once both the manager and employee have completed their assessments. After payment, you'll be directed straight to your Bridge Report if both profiles are already complete — no waiting required.
Bridge Reports are one-time purchases. There's no subscription. If you want to upgrade to the full Management Matrix platform for ongoing relationship health tracking, pulse scoring, and dynamic sprint generation, you can do that separately — but it's never required.
